Q: In Yoga Vashishta, Shri Rama tells us that three worlds exist because of mind stuff. What does he mean by mind stuff and how can worlds exist because of this?

Sri Sri Ravi Shankar: It cannot be explained. It can only be experienced. Vedantic words are to be heard and just allow it to sink. When it sinks, it comes as an experience.
