Q: What is Kundalini energy? How do we use it?
Sri Sri Ravi Shankar: Our life itself is Kundalini energy. Kundam is the body or pot, and the energy inside that is the Kundalini energy. If this energy was not there, we would not be able to do kriya or anything else. All our experiences are due to the the kundalini energy within us.
