GURU ONE LINER OF THE DAY

Q: When we do satsang, we enjoy 100% but when we sit for sadhana mind does not stay at one place, it runs here and there. What to do?

+Sri Sri Ravi Shankar: Pay attention to your food habit for one week or 2 days, eat only salads, green vegetables and have juices. You will notice a big difference in your focus and concentration.
