Q: Why are there so many Gods in Hinduism?
Sri Sri Ravi Shankar: Why don’t you ask why are there so many different vegetables and animals? The divinity that loves diversity can be diverse as well. That is the beauty of Indian, it is all encompassing. There is freedom of expression and concepts. But it is all one God in many forms.
