We have some very useful information today. There are two types of milk protein – A1 Beta Casein and A2 Beta Casein. The milk from Jersey cows (not native to India) contains A1 Beta Casein while the milk from the cows native to India contains A2 Beta Casein.
The type A1 causes Autism, Schizophrenia, Stomach Ulcer, Ulceritic Colitis, Crohn’s disease, etc. They have done about a hundred kinds of research on this. It is mentioned that people are falling sick after drinking milk that contains the A1 type milk protein.

It is suggested to use milk that contains the A2 type of milk protein. This type can be found in goat’s milk, sheep milk, human milk and native cow’s milk. It is mentioned that infants have to be given mother’s milk only. We need to use milk from cows native to India, even if they give a lesser quantity of milk. However, the imported cows, though they give more milk, it is not beneficial to our health.

Gurudev, many times my devotion fluctuates and sometimes I doubt you also. Then I feel horrible and devastated. What should I do at such times?

Sri Sri: Listen, faith is like a mountain and doubts are like clouds. Can any cloud anytime shake a mountain? It is impossible. It sometimes covers the mountain, and you can’t see the mountain. That’s all. But a mountain can never be knocked out by passing clouds. They just obscure them for a little while. Don’t worry!

Gurudev there’s a saying that every human being should be born once in India to get mukti (enlightenment). Why is it so?

Sri Sri: No, nothing like this is written anywhere. The whole world is yours, there is no boundary in spirituality. ‘Skrunvantho Viswam Aryam’, let’s make the whole world a noble and an ideal society.

Gurudev, my parents deeply follow astrology and force me into it. Should I follow it or is Sudarshan Kriya sufficient to get rid of negativity?

Sri Sri: Yes, this is good enough. Astrology is a science, an ancient gift to the world, but too much into it is also ignorance, and discarding it totally is also ignorance. Knowledge of it is good but ‘Om Namah Shivaya’ is the best remedy to all astrological problems.

After doing Yes! course, I left non vegetarian food, but my parents and others keep forcing me to eat it, what should I do? I really don’t want to do this.

Sri Sri: Yes, what you don’t want to do, you hold on to it. Don’t listen to your parents in this case. Listen to other things that they say.
